Llano county officers arrested a Richland Springs man, Landon Vogel, 32, on November 14, according to a press release from Llano County Sheriff, Bill Blackburn. Deputy Ryne Van Pelt was dispatched to investigate a reported suspicious vehicle stopped in the roadway on Hwy 16. The officer located the car stopped in the southbound lanes north of CR215, and found the driver asleep with the engine running. A warrant check found that Vogel was wanted out of Blanco County.
