Dear Editor:

The various clubs and organizations in Llano and surrounding areas fry catfish as a money-raising event. Do we know that the catfish is raised in America or in some cesspool in China or Indonesia? The salesman will say “You’re trying to make money and I can sell you a box of fish for $5.00 less than American-raised fish”.

Let’s get behind this and proudly tell your guests that this is “American Catfish” not fish from some foreign sewer.
