Mary Frances Gregory, 83, of Llano passed away April 9, 2010. She was born to Charles Tildon and Valma (Colley) Kelley on Nov. 10, 1926 in Wichita Falls.

She was very proud to serve her country during WWII making artillery rounds. Throughout her life, she had many cats and loved to ballroom dance. She loved music, hunting and fishing.

Mrs. Gregory is survived by her son, Gary Gregory and wife Doris, of Spotsylvania, Va., grandchildren, David Gregory and wife Christina, of Spotsylvania, Va., Michael Gregory, of Lynchburg, Va., Mary Eure and husband Joseph, of Spotsylvania, Va., daughter-in-law, Karen Miller, of Chesapeake, Va., great-grandchildren: Hanah Gregory, Hailey Gregory, Hayden, Gregory, and sister, Anne Stone, of Arlington, Va.

She is preceded in death by a grandson, Daniel Lee Gregory, and sister, Virginia Lee Penn.

Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday April 14, 2010 at the Legend Hills Community Center with Reverend Richard Vanderventer officiating. An online guest register may be signed at www.putnamfunerals.com.
