Diana King Hightower, 56, of Spicewood, passed away on March 29. She was born on April 5, 1951, in Houston, to Clarence King and Paula “Meeks” King.

Diana was preceded in death by her father Clarence King.

She is survived her loving husband of 27 years, Chrystopher Hightower of Spicewood; her sons, Craig Jackson and his wife, Valerie, and Scott Jackson and his wife, Jennifer, both of Spicewood; her grandchildren, Shelby Jackson, Emma Jackson, Clayton Jackson and Chrystopher Jackson all of Spicewood; her mother, Paula King of Spicewood; her sisters, Karen Raney and her husband, Paul, of Spicewood, Terresa Williams of Dallas, and Kathy Neal of Spicewood; also many nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Diana met Chrystopher Hightower and married him in August of 1980 in Burnet. She enjoyed life and loved music and movies but especially loved her grandkids.

A Graveside Service celebrating Diana’s life was held on Monday, March 31, at 2 p.m. at Fall Creek Cemetery in Spicewood. Pastor David Payne will officiate.
