Llano Fine Arts Guild hosted an outstanding group of area artists at their Annual Juried Art Show on March 28-29 in their Gallery.

Over one hundred entries sorely taxed the experience of judges Mike Jennings and Clinton Baerman as they worked to select the best of so many excellent pieces of art work.

However, quality prevailed and the winners of each category were as follows:best of show- Howard Levine, of Austin; oils, first place- Betty Inman, of San Saba; second place-Dot Darling, of Llano; third place-Betty Blackmond, of Llano.

Water Media, first place-Dalton Fromme, of Fredericksburg; second place-Sylvia Ewing, of Llano; third place-Howard Levine, of Austin.

Mixed Media, first place- Howard Levine, of Austin; second place-Paloma Raymond, of Austin; third place-Roxanne Levine, of Austin.

Dimensional Art, first place- Rick Jones, of Llano; second place-Rebecca Weatherford, of Fredericsburg; third place-Kathleen Smith, of Llano. Photography, first place-Joshua Tremblay, of College Station; second place-Melanie Naylor, of Early; third place-Ian Tremblay, of College Station.
