The Lower Colorado River Authority hereby gives notice pursuant to Texas Water Code section 49.226 (c), that the following properties will be sold by private sale on or after February 10, 2010:

A 0.94 acre tract of land more or less out of the Christian Lange Survey NO. 192, Abst. NO. 484, in Llano County, Texas.

A 0.82 acre tract of land more or less composed of 0.67 of an acre more or less out of the J.L. Henne Survey NO. 11, Abst. NO. 326, and 0.15 of an acre more or less out of the F. Monken Survey NO. 10, Abst. NO. 509 in Llano County, Texas.
