NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE SRBV PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

The City of Sunrise Beach Village Planning & Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on February 23, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fire House, 128 Sunrise Drive, Sunrise Beach, Texas. The Planning & Zoning Board will hear and rule on a request to divide Lot P, Granite Shoals Lake Estate Subdivision into four smaller lots of varying sizes. No change in zoning is requested by the owner.

All interested citizens are invited to attend the hearing.
