THE STATE OF TEXAS: To all unknown heirs of the Estate of DORIS EMMALINE REVADA, Deceased. Cause # 06500

You and each of you are hereby cited, required and commanded to appear before the County Court of Llano County, Texas, to be held in the County Courtroom in the Courthouse of said County in the City of Llano in said County, such appearance to be at or before ten o’clock A.M. of the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of service, exclusive of the day of such service, which day and date of service shall be the date of publication that this newspaper bears, and which day of appearance will be the February 15, 2010, at the County Courthouse in Llano, Texas.

All persons interested in the said estate are hereby cited to appear before said Court at said above mentioned time and place by filing a written answer contesting such application should they desire to do so.

All interested persons are further advised that they have the right to employ an attorney and that if they or their attorney fail to file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 A.M. on the Monday next following the expiration of ten days after the publication of this citation, the Court may enter orders with binding effects upon said person.

SHERIFF’S RETURN

Came to hand on the 1st day of February, 2010, at 1:30 o’clock P.M., and executed by publication of the same in The Llano News, a newspaper published and of general circulation in said County of Llano in which said proceeding is pending by causing such citation to be printed and published in said newspaper for one issue thereof on the 3rd day of February, 2010, which said date is not less than ten days, exclusive of the date of such publication, before the return day thereof, and I herewith return the affidavit of Carol Sheppard, an employee of the publisher of such newspaper showing the date the issue of the newspaper bore and having attached thereto a copy of such publication of such citation.

Returned this 1st day of February 2010.
