1939 - 2010

Bill N. Connally, age 71 of Llano, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010 in Llano. He was born on Jan. 6, 1939 in Electra to Leo Price Connally and Billie Louise (Elliott) Connally. He married Robbie A. Johnson on July 25, 1980 in Midland. Bill had been a resident of Kingsland and Llano since 1987, having moved here from Odessa.

He worked in sales in the oil field in West Texas for many years. Bill was of the Baptist faith, and a former member of the Kermit Lions Club.

Survivors include four daughters: Laura Lee of Odessa, Lisa Carpenter and husband Prentice of Albion, Ind., Linda Booe and husband JR. of Granite Shoals, and Teresa Baker and husband Matt of Llano, one son Terry Connally and his Wife Michelle of Andrews two sisters: Judy Arnold of Kermit and Bonnie Pickartz of Franklin, N.C., two brothers: Leo Connally of San Angelo and Rodger Bryant of Stewarts Draft, Virginia, eleven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Billie Connally, his wife Robbie Connally, two brothers James Connally and Joe Bryant, and his step father Horace Bryant.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, Feb. 12, 2010 at 10:00am at the Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Llano Hospice or any Hospice of your choice.
