CITY OF HORSESHOE BAY, TEXAS PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING AN ordinance amending the zoning regulations, codified as chapter 14 TO Add A NEW SECTION 14.02.406 (i) (10) Minimum Lot Development Standards for Manufactured Homes TO BE PLACed ON LOTS CLASSIFIED m-1 MOBILE HOME in Zone 4B Horseshoe Bay South
The Horseshoe Bay Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 2, 2010 as part of its regular Public Meeting that will commence at 3:00 p.m. at City Hall, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas 78657, to receive public comment on the proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning regulations codified as Chapter 14 of the City Code, to add a new Section 14.02.406 (i) (10), providing specific development standards for new manufactured homes to be placed on lots classified M-1 Mobile Home in Zone 4-B Horseshoe Bay South.
The proposed Ordinance has been filed with the City Secretary’s Office of the City of Horseshoe Bay and is available for public inspection at City Hall, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Llano County, Texas during regular business hours.
All written and oral objections to the proposed Ordinance will be considered at the public hearing.
