The Lower Colorado River Authority hereby gives notice pursuant to Texas Water Code section 49.226 (c), that the following property will be sold by private sale on or after March 24, 2010:

Approximately 0.706 acres of land out of the Christian Lange Survey No. 92, Abst. No. 484, Fisher Miller Survey No. 308, Abstract No. 227, the Johann L. Henne Survey No. 11, Abstract No. 326, and the F. Monken Survey No. 10 in Llano County, Texas. This property will be sold to multiple adjoining landowners.
