Mr. H.W. “Bill” Marschall Jr., 91, passed away May 2, in Fredericksburg.

Bill is survived by his wife, Modena Gentry Marschall, of Fredericksburg; his daughter, Dinah Fisher and husband, Steven, of Santa Barbara, Calif.; his granddaughter, Jeni Klein, of San Antonio; his grandsons, Brian and Marschall Fisher, of Santa Barbara, Calif.; and his great-grandson, Jasper Klein. of San Antonio.

Graveside services for Bill Marschall were held May 5, at 11 a.m., in the Meusebach-Marschall Cemetery at Cherry Spring.

A memorial service will also held Saturday, May 10, at 2 p.m., at Marketplatz in Fredericksburg.

Everyone is invited to stay for a brief wreath laying ceremony afterward by the Intertribal Pow-wow, followed by refreshments at the Gillespie County Historical Society.
