Dan and Debra LeRoy of Austin are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter, Desiree Talley LeRoy to Wesley Scott Rankin. Wesley is the son of Wayne and Rhonda Siegmund and Brian and Kim Rankin of Elgin. Desi, a senior at Concordia University, is the granddaughter of Teddy Joe and Gladys Talley of Llano and Dan and Dorothy LeRoy of Pestigo, Wis. Wes, a firefighter for the City of Cedar Park, is the grandson of Aggie Long of Buchanan Dam, Jerry and Fay Crim and Kathy Allen of Elgin, and Ed Siegmund of Austin. A June wedding is planned at Chateau On The Creek in Round Rock.
