Tad Cody Taylor, 23 years of age died at his parents residence in Granite Shoals on May 15, 2010. A native of Montogomery, Ala. he was the youngest son of Terry and Sherry Giles. Taylor was born on May 6, 1987. Tad had attended college and was a musician playing and writing music was his greatest passion. He also wrote poetry.

He is survived by his parents, Terry and Sherry Taylor of Granite Shoals, brothers and sisters: Christopher,Chrissa and Cheyene Cozzalio, Megan Taylor and Abby Sanderlin. Maternal grandparents: Bill and Georgia Giles, seven nieces and nephews,

aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, May 22 at the First Baptist Church 631 South School Street, Boerne with Pastor Mike Harkrider officiating at 2:00pm. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Arrangements entrusted to the Putnam Funeral Home 145 Texas Avenue, Kingsland, Texas. At the request of the family, floral offerings may be secured from The Flower Shop in Boerne 830-816-2042 or donations may be made to Mission U-Too First Baptist Church P.O.Box 1137, Kingsland, Texas 78639.
