By the mid-‘50s, they had restored their 1890’s-era house at 208 East Green Street; from which Margaret oversaw the growth and development of her family. Their home was strategically located only a stone’s throw from the Llano schools and the First Presbyterian Church.

Margaret buried Crawford in 1994. However, with the love of her large family, continued to enjoy her life in Llano.
