1925-2010

Margaret Tumlinson Myers passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at the age of 85. She was born January 4, 1925 in San Antonio to Emma (Weatherford) and Joseph D. Tumlinson. She married Arthur Dell Myers April 23, 1971 in Llano.

Survivors include husband Arthur Myers of Llano; daughters Jackie Dahl and husband Nelson, and Mary Lou Isenberger of Llano; step- daughters Elizabeth Ruth Clayton and husband Johnny of Ark., Phyllis Jean Wallace and husband Bob of Calif., Susan Kay Canter and husband Stephen of Arizona; step- son Roger Myers and wife Diane of Llano; sisters Mary Lewis of North Carolina and Laverne Wooten of Llano; brother James Waterston of Llano; nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and eight great, great, grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Emma & Joseph Tumlinson, two brothers and two great grandsons.

Visitation were held Friday, August 13, 2010 from 6:00 – 8:00pm at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home and Funeral Services were held Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 10:00am at the Funeral Home Chapel in Llano with Reverend Danny Meegan officiating. Burial followed at the Llano City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were grandsons and great grandsons Billy Joe Isenberger, Dewayne Dahl, Landon Rode, Jacob Parker, Joshua Buster and Spencer Myers.

Honorary pallbearers were John Buster, James Lewis, Vince White, Kenny Wooten, Cody Fullen, and Kaleb Fullen.
