Come to the monthly meeting of the Highland Lakes Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Texas on June 14, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., in the Marble Falls Library, 101 Main Street, to hear LCRA Water Conservation Coordinator Stacy Pandey present a slide show and discussion.
Ms. Pandey has worked for LCRA for one year and for the Texas Water Development Board as a water conservation specialist for five years.
She has a BS in Biology and a MS in Ecology from Syracuse University in Albany, N.Y.
The purpose of the Native Plant Society of Texas is to promote the conservation, research and utilization of the native plants and plant habitats of Texas, through education, outreach and example.
