Llano Art Guild and guests will gather on June 2 at 10 a.m. at the gallery to enjoy an oil painting demonstration by artist Peggy Marlow.
Having painted seriously for the last thirty years, Marlow approaches her subject using a style that she calls “contemporary realism with a little impressionistic thrown in.” Her paintings vibrate with color whether she uses oil, watercolor, liquid acrylic or pastel.
The public is welcome to attend this demonstration. The fee of $5 will include the pot luck luncheon at noon. The monthly business meeting will begin after lunch.
Llano Fine Arts Gallery is located at 503 Bessemer and is a non-profit organization.
