Robert Livingston, veteran Texas songwriter who played an important and instrumental role in the development and evolution of Texas Music we know and love today will be featured at the bi-monthly Songwriters in the Round Series at the Famous Fuel Coffee House on Thursday, September 2, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Admission is free.

Livingston, originally from Lubbock, migrated to Austin in the early 1970s and was a fundamental member of popular bands pioneering the early Texas country/folk/rock sound. He performed with Jerry Jeff Walker, Michael Martin Murphey, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Gary P. Nunn, and others.

Hosting Songwriters in the Round will be W.C. Jameson, an award-winning songwriter who has recorded five CDs, written sound tracks for three films and one musical, and performs at folk festivals, concert halls, college campus, and other music venues around the country.

Fuel Coffee House is a non-profit enterprise and is located at 106 East Main St. in Llano, Texas.
