NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The proposed replat has been filed with the City Development Services office of the City of Horseshoe Bay and is subject to public inspection at City Hall, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas.

All written and oral objections to the technical aspects of the proposed replat will be considered at the public hearing.

The City Council of Horseshoe Bay will conduct a public hearing at its Regular Meeting on September 21, 2010 beginning at 3:00 P.M. on a request by the City of Horseshoe Bay to replat Lot Nos. 19151, 19152, 19154, 19155 and 19156 of Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 19.4, and Lot No. 19153-A of Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 19.11, and an additional 3.22 acre tract out of a 3.419 acre tract, and a 1,037 square foot tract, all out of the Nicholas Mendez Survey No. 3 Abstract No. 506, to be known as Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 19.151, Horseshoe Bay, Llano County, Texas (105, 107, 109, 111, 113 and 115 Cardinal Loop and Community Drive). The purpose of the replat is to allow development of a new Police Department annex, for which approval of rezoning is also required. The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas 78657.
