CITY OF HORSESHOE BAY

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The proposed rezoning amendment has been filed with the City Secretary’s office of the City of Horseshoe Bay and is subject to public inspection at City Hall, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas.

All written and oral objections to the proposed rezoning will be considered at the public hearing.

The City Council of Horseshoe Bay will conduct a public hearing at its Regular Meeting on September 21, 2010 beginning at 3:00 P.M. on a request by the City of Horseshoe Bay to amend the Zoning Map for Zone 4A Horseshoe Bay Proper by rezoning Lot Nos. 19151, 19152, 19154, 19155 and 19156 of Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 19.4, and Lot No. 19153-A of Horseshoe Bay Plat No. 19.11 (105, 107, 109, 111, 113 and 115 Cardinal Loop) from R-2 Two-Family Residential to GUI Governmental Utility or Institutional. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow development of a new Police Department annex, for which approval of a replat is also required. The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas 78657.
