PUBLIC NOTICE

There will be a public hearing concerning the replat to be known as Horseshoe Bay Applehead Island Plat No. 19.2, a replat of Lot Nos. 300 and 302, Horseshoe Bay Applehead Island Plat No. 19.1, at the regularly scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay city council meeting on Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 3.00 p.m., followed by discussion and action on the same. The purpose of this replat is to take in a 0.20 acre HSB AI P.O.A. tract and a portion of a 0.36 acre tract to create Lot 300-A and modify Lot Nos. 300 and 302 from 81’ to 73’ wide lots. The public hearing will be held at the city council chambers, #1 Community Dr., Horseshoe Bay, Tx. You may provide comments regarding this plat at the public hearing, or any time prior to the hearing in writing or by calling the city development services department at 830-598-8741.
