Clayton Grey Wooten, of Odessa, passed away Friday, June 6, in Odessa. He was born on July 6, 1975, in Burnet, to Kenneth and La Verne Wooten.

Mr. Wooten was married to Ida May Mayers on Jan. 23 in Odessa.

He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Wooten.

Mr. Wooten is survived by his beloved wife, Ida Wooten, of Odessa; his son, William Mayers, of Odessa; his mother, La Verne Wooten, of Kingsland; his brothers, Vincent White, of Kingsland, Kenneth Wooten, of Kingsland; and his nephew, Timothy Wooten, of Kingsland.

A graveside service was held Sunday, June 8, at the Llano City Cemetery in Llano with the Rev. Jay Robertson officiating.

Arrangements under the direction of Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Homes, Inc. in Llano.
