NOTICE OF SALE - REAL PROPERTY

STATE OF TEXAS

COUNTY OF LLANO

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of a certain Writ of Execution issued out of the 424th District Court Llano County, Texas on the 28th day of November, 2011, in Cause No. 16135 and styled Kyle McCarrell & Dante Farrias d/b/a Primal Concepts, Plaintiff vs. Fraize Construction & Development & Larry Fraize, Defendant for the sum of $44,145.51 plus interest, attorney fees and costs of suit, and placed in my hand for service on the 6th day of December, 2011 at 2:30 o’clock p.m., I, Bill Blackburn, Sheriff of Llano, County, Texas, did on 3rd day of January, 2012 at 11:30 o’clock a.m . levy on certain real property situated in Llano County, Texas, described at follows:

Kingsland Estates Unit 2 Lot 405 with improvements*

AND LEVIED UPON AS THE PROPERTY OF said Fraize Construction & Development & Larry Fraize, Defendant and that on the first Tuesday in February, 2012, the same being the 7th day of said month, at the south door of the Llano County Courthouse in the City of Llano, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., said sale beginning at 1:00 p.m., by virtue of said levy and said Writ of Execution, I will offer for sale and sell at public vendue, for cash, to the highest bidder, all the right, title and interest of said Fraize Construction & Development & Larry Fraize, Defendant in said property.

And in compliance with law, I give this notice by publication in the English language, once a week for three consecutive weeks immediately preceding said day of sale in The Llano News, a newspaper published in Llano County.
