REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS AND QUALIFICATIONS

LLANO RIVER GOLF COURSE

The City of Llano is seeking qualified companies/contractors for the oversight, management and operation of the Llano River Golf Course. The Llano River Golf Course is an 18 hole, approximately 6100 yard course, on the picturesque Llano River located 2.5 miles west of the Historic Square on RR 152. The successful contractor will be charged with the operation and management of the Golf Course including, but not limited to, marketing, business development, maintenance, turf management, staff supervision, pro shop management, customer service, reservations, purchasing and instruction. Proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. February 15, 2012 delivered to the attention of Toni Milam, City Secretary, 301 W. Main Street, Llano, Texas 78643. Proposals should be marked “Golf Course Proposal”.

All proposals must be submitted in the format indicated in the packet which may be obtained upon request by calling City Secretary, Toni Milam, at 325-247-4158 extension 207, or via e-mail at tmilam@cityofllano.com.
