Amy Marie Edrington and Marcus Allen Cooper were united in marriage on Saturday, May 24.

The wedding took place at the bride’s family ranch in Annona, with Judge Jimmy White officiating. Amy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Edrington, of Annona. Marcus is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cooper, of Llano, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Merkel, of Llano and Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Rowley, of Pflugerville.

For her wedding, the bride wore a strapless A-line gown featuring beaded and embroidered overlay of chiffon.

The maid of honor was the bride’s cousin, Sarah Edrington, of Austin. Bridesmaids were Jodie Rutherford, of Austin and Emily Edwards, of Coppell.

The flower girl was the bride’s cousin, Jamie Manous, of Boswell, Okla. The best man was the groom’s brother, Matthew Cooper, of Llano.

The groomsmen were Yale Johnson, of Dublin and Nick Brandenberger, of Victoria. The ring bearer was the groom’s cousin, Derek Merkel, of Llano.

The wedding reception and dinner was held immediately following at the bride’s ranch home.

A local wedding reception was held later in Llano at the home of the groom’s parents to honor the couple.

Following a honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean, the couple reside in College Station.
