Grace Chandler, 93, of Tow, passed away Friday, July 25, in Llano. She was born on Dec 4, 1914, to Ida Mae (Bullard) and Sam Butler in Channing.

Mrs. Chandler is preceded in death by her husband, Claude Chandler; her parents, Ida Mae and Sam Butler; her son, AD Zachary; her two sisters and three brothers.

Survivors include son, Billy Dean Zachary Sr. and wife, LaRue Zachary; multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Chandler was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tow and retired as a retail clerk. She was married to Claude Chandler on June 5, 1956, in Rankin.

A Graveside Service was held Monday, July 28, at Tow Cemetery at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Gerald Moore officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tow First Baptist Church.

Arrangements under the direction of Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Homes, Inc. in Llano.
