Jeff Spears was born and raised in Austin and graduated with a Business Management degree from St. Edwards University and worked in the banking industry for 23 years.

Spears became familiar with the area when his parents moved to the Hill Country in the 90’s and he became a full-time resident of Sunrise Beach in 2002.

Spears is a member of the Sunrise Beach Volunteer Fire Department, assists with Angel’s Adopt-a-Child program and has delivered Meals-on-Wheels for the past nine years. Spears’ hobbies include boating and raising two Dachshunds.

Bonnie Walker was born into a military family, but spent her senior year in Llano. Walker’s professional background includes extensive administrative support in the government sector.

Walker moved to Sunrise Beach in 2008 and received her real estate license shortly after. Walker is involved with the Hill Country Singles group and enjoys meeting new people. Walker’s hobbies include horseback riding, water sports and reading.
