Tally Kelso, Kelli Tudyk and Dave Gresham, of Texas Land and Lakes Real Estate, are teaming up with Bonnie Woodell and Tommy Nelms, of Internet Realty, to better serve Llano county and the Texas Hill Country.

Mr. Nelms has been involved in real estate for seven years in the Llano, Corpus Christi and Kingsville markets. Prior to that he was a commercial loan officer and owned an oilfield supply business for 27 years.

Mr. Nelms expressed how excited he was about teaming up with Kelso and Tudyk.

He said he believes this union will provide clients with outstanding service and he looks forward to the endeavor being successful in today’s challenging real estate market.

“I am thrilled to team up with, Tommy and Bonnie,” said Kelli Tudyk. “Times are changing and the same things that used to be done are just not cutting it anymore, so we will offer several services that are unique and will help make the listing process much easier.”

Kelso, better known as Coach Kelso, said “I am pumped about having the opportunity to better serve Llano and the surrounding communities. Kelli and I both will be in the Llano office as well as the Buchanan office. I am looking forward to being here in the Llano office, and feel that having both offices will enable us to offer the public more choices.”

Woodell is a seasoned realtor and has had her real estate license since 1954. Woodell owned her own real estate office in Kerrville for 38 years and knows what service is all about.

Woodell said, “This is a great move for everyone and I look forward to working with Tally and Kelli. All of us live in and own property in Llano county and care about our community.”

Gresham sold Texas Land and Lakes to Kelso and Tudyk back in 2007, but stayed on with the company.
