The public is invited to help us kick off the new season for the Kingsland Garden Club on Friday, Sept. 5. The special guest speaker is well known author and columnist Bill Luedecke direct from beautiful downtown Oatmeal.

Bill is a Master Gardener, Master Naturalist and is well known for his local newspaper and magazine articles and his delightful presentations. He will be speaking on “Gardening in the Texas Hill Country” which is also the title of his very popular book.

He can answer your questions about how to get the best results in your yard by working with Mother Nature instead of fighting with her. We hope you will join us for a fun and informative experience on Friday, Sept. 5 - social at 1 p.m., program at 1:30 p.m. at the Kingsland Library, 125 W. Polk.
