TDA Commissioner, Todd Staples will be in Llano, Thursday, Oct. 2, at 10 a.m. to present the City of Llano and Llano Main Street with a check for the recently received Texas Capital Fund Grant.

The ceremony will be held where the first grant was used, which was a sidewalk and lighting grant in the railyard on the north side of the Llano River Bridge near the museum.

The ceremony will take place in that area. The latest grant will be a continuation of the sidewalk project, this time starting at the south end of the Llano River Bridge.

It will continue east on Haynie Street to the jail, then continue south on Oatman Street and end at East Main Street, thus allowing tourists to have access to the commercial area of Llano.

The public is invited to attend this presentation. The grant was prepared by Grant Development
