Donna E. Beaver passed away peacefully on Sept. 22, in Austin. She was born on Aug. 25, 1937 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robley D. and Ethel Evans.

She was preceded in death by her parents Robley D. and Ethel Evans; her brother, William R. Johnso; and her former spouse, Dr. Jim Beaver.

Ms. Beaver is survived by daughter, Janet Beaver of Kingsland; sister, Sarah Huddleston of Eufala, Okla.; sisters–in-law, Peggy Johnson of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Ruth Pierce of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She attended Classen High School in Oklahoma city, Okla. where she was a Bluejacket Queen. She worked for TI, The State Comptroller Agency, and the last several years managing Dr. Jim Beaver’s dental practice. She was a loving mother, good friend, woman of faith.

Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Saturday Sept. 27 at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home Chapel in Kingsland with the Rev. Glen A. Smith officiating.

Family visitation was held from 5p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, at Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral home chapel in Kingsland.
